CA Court of Appeal (Ventura) - upheld monetary sanctions against a family law attorney for violating FC 3025.5 by revealing, in a deposition, confidential information contained in a child custody evaluation report. The deposition questions themselves were deemed to have violated FC 3025.5 by disclosing the information in front of the court reporter and videographer whoare not "court employees" and thus do not come within FC 3025.5(a)'s protected persons.
