Our Rates: $200/hour plus any costs or expenses. An advance/retainer fee is required and is put into a client trust account and drawn upon as work is performed. Client is billed monthly for work performed and must pay the bill to maintain client's trust account balance. Any monies left in the trust account when the case is completed is returned to the client.
Retainer fees vary depending on the facts of the case, but here are some examples: $3000 for a divorce, $1700 to modify orders.
Limited scope - a smaller retainer is requested for limited scope where you hire the attorney for a limited purpose such as to help draft pleadings or provide legal advice.
